I do wish that more options of change to the lettering should be made available than just “name & date”. Overall design is great but if a few minor changes to the wording on the layout to further enhance the sentimental meaning to fit customer’s need individually. This will definitely make your business more attractively appealing to customer because of your flexibility to meet the personal need of each customer. You may charge extra for each option customer requested. I understand that not all options are feasibly supportable.

I love the clogs however they sent the wrong names and sizes on the shoes. They sent my daughters in a size 9 when she needed a size 7 and they sent my other one was supposed to be a size 9 and she got like a size 10

First of all if I had known the caps were made in China, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Too high a price for a screen print cap, very cheap looking. Too hot to wear now. I expected embroidered lettering and a better quality fabric used for cap. Caps don’t look anything like shown on Facebook. Will never order again, this company.
