How fid you fill the order without a correct address for the credit card. I tried to contact you several times and just "crickets" replied. If you filled the order it was never received.. So, looks to me that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing... Heads up folks... I still hear the crickets..

My daughter love her new book bag, water bottle and lunch bag! The material is really good and it looks exactly like the picture. The water bottle keep the ice cold and water cold for 24 hours. It only took 12 days to ship to my home. Love these products!
