The watch is not as illustrated. It is a cheap product. The only redeeming thing is the face of watch. I would not buy it again

watch band is too big and there were not any instructions on how to shorten the band

Due to a gross error by the USPS, I HAVE NOT received my Vietnam watch. The item has been in Winter Haven, Tampa, Georgia, and is currently on its way back to California. Risateestore (Vee) has promised that went it arrives, she will sent it back to me hopefully bY FedX or UPS and not by the failing US POST OFFICE..
It is as appears in the ad. It has kept time perfectly for over two weeks now. I purchased two, one for every day and one for dress up occasions, even though they are identical right now. I hope I gave it 5 stars, but my email doesn't display correctly.

Communication on order status should be established and maintained with customer to prevent any doubt of business legitimacy from customer whose order is first time. It took awhile before the tracking of shipment begins to come online. You may need to let new customer know that. I do wish that more options of change to the lettering should be made available than just “name & date”. Overall design is great but if a few minor changes to the wording on the layout to further enhance the sentimental meaning to fit customer’s need individually. This will definitely make your business more attractively appealing to customer because of your flexibility to meet the personal need of each customer. You may charge extra for each option customer requested. I understand that not all options are feasibly supportable.
